I showed up for my appointment, but found out that the credentialing center was closed upon my arrival. Why was I never notified?

Answer: 

It is responsibility of the on-duty registrar/activator and/or the credentialing center manager to initiate a closure email, via the GSA Online Scheduling System, to all applicants with an appointment on a day the credentialing center must close. The GSA MSO also requests that the responsible individual(s) call any applicants with a scheduled appointment if the closure occurs within 24 hours of an appointment.
