Why am I getting emails from the USAccess system? When should I expect to be contacted and how often?


You are receiving emails from the USAccess system because your agency selected GSA USAccess Program to issue their HSPD-12 compliant PIV credential. The first email communicates that you have been sponsored and explains the steps you need to follow in order to get your PIV credential. You will receive approximately 2 emails, to confirm your appointment for enrollment, to communicate that your PIV credential is ready for pick-up and activation. Each agency has the ability to customize these emails, so this might vary slightly.
